Coming up with some timely two-out hitting, the host Riverside City College Tigers edged the visiting Golden West College Rustlers, 6-4, Thursday afternoon in an Orange Empire Conference game at the Evans Sports Complex.
The Golden West baseball team hasn’t lost a game since Feb. 10 and continued that streak on March 3 when the Rustlers hosted the Irvine Valley, and held them off to earn a win, 1-0.
