Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West's ace Tyler Tungate (3-0) tosses a complete game 2 hitter on his way to his third victory of the season. The dominate Tungate struck out 8 of the Bakersfield Renegades and walked 3 while facing 5 hitters over the minimum of 27 outs.

The Rustler (9-2) offense would score all the runs it needed in the bottom of the first inning when Cody Marshall (1 for 4, 1 RBI, 1 Run Scored) doubled to left center field scoring Daniel Maguire (0 for 3 1BB, 1 run scored) from first base. The very next batter Gianni Castillo (3 for 4, 1 RBI) singled to bring home Marshall from second base. The offense would scatter six more hits over the final 7 frames against Bakersfield's tough starter Hudson Hartley (L 0-1) who threw a complete game, striking out 5 Rustlers.
