Huntington Beach, Calif. - The 51st annual meeting of the Battle for the Bell is this Saturday, October 13th at 6pm in LeBard Stadium at Dick Tucker field on the campus of Orange Coast College. 

The Rustlers will look to extend their series all time lead of 28-21-1 to 29 victories and 6-1 since 2011. In week five they faced the #2 ranked College of the Canyons and their number 1 ranked defense to a 26-9 defeat. The offense will look to bounce back against a very vulnerable Orange Coast defense that has allowed 32.2 points per game. Look for the passing game to break free this weekend with quarterback Beau Kalbacher leading the Rustlers with 929 passing yards and 8 touchdown passes in five games.

The Golden West defense will have a plan to continue to control the line of scrimmage and build on their season sack total of seven against the Pirate offense. Rival Orange Coast comes into this weekends game with a loss to Bakersfield College 41-7 while turning the ball over six times.
