Congratulations to the following Golden West College Track and Cross Country athletes for receiving the following GWC Scholarships. Your hard work and dedication both in athletics as well as education is evident by the honors you received.  A total of 4 male athletes we awarded a variety of scholarships and awards. 

Sophomore William Gomez from Westminster, CA was awarded the Esperanza Scholarship and the ASGWC Perpetual Scholarship.

The Independent Latino Student Assistance Scholarship and Waltmar Foundation Scholarship was given to Mitchell Jimenez.

Nathaniel Jefferson-Simon was named the recipient of both the James Pierce Memorial Scholarship as well as the Edward J Mulder and Pop Mulder Memorial Scholarship.

Named the recipient of three awards: the ASGWC Perpetual Scholarship, the Chip Marchbank Recognition Award and the Dan Wiseman Memorial Scholarship, Brandon Ngo proved to be the most award athlete of the year.
