Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West men's cross country's Jacob Fujimoto advances to the State Championship. 

Fujimoto has earned a spot at the State Championship for his performance in the SoCal Regional Championships. On November 18th, the freshman placed 52nd with a time of 21:22 in the 4-mile course. 

Fujimoto's consistent runs have put him amongst the top of the Orange Empire Conference. In the OEC Championships on November 27th, he finished 12th in the 4-mile course with a time of 21:25. Fujimoto's 52nd placement at the 3C2A SoCal Regionals has made him qualified to compete at the State Championship. 

NEXT UP: Fujimoto will now compete at the 3C2A State Championship on Saturday, November 18th. The meet will be held in Fresno at Woodward Park.
