W Basketball: Princess McCauley Commits to Golden West College

Huntington Beach, Calif. - San Jacinto Valley Academy star studded guard Princess McCauley has verbally committed to Golden West College.

Princesses 27.7 points per game ranks her 46th in the nation in scoring. Princess's other accolades include first team All-CIF, first team All-County, Prep Girls Hoops #8 ranked shooting guard in the California, Silver Waves media #73 player in California, and a finalist for the Cal Hi Sports All-State team to be announced later this week.

Prior to her commitment McCauley was the highest uncommitted prospect in California. Princess prepped at San Jacinto Valley Academy where she played for her mother coach Shanequa McCauley and as a junior carried her team to the quarter finals of CIF.

The Rustlers head coach Barry Migliorini believes Princess could be the cornerstone of the best freshman class in California. Princess also excels in track where she's a juggernaut 100- and 200-meter runner. Princess will be a Kinesiology major when classes start in the fall.
