Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West women's volleyball sees five Rusters named to the All-State Academic Team.
The California Community College Volleyball Coaches Association announced their All-State Academic Team for the 2022 season. A mix of five Rustlers who have either moved on to four-year universities or are still competing at Golden West earned the award.

Paige Phillips
The honor is awarded to student-athletes for their exceptional academic achievement by earning at least a 3.5 GPA in 24 or more units. The student-athlete would have also needed to complete the entire 2022 athletic competition year. Golden West Athletics and the volleyball program is proud of the five recipients for their success both on the court and in their academics.
