Please fill out the Facility Application HERE (pdf). All facility applications must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of the requested date(s).
Step 2
Download the excel file corresponding to the correct month of rental to fill out your request.

1. Facility Application(s)
2. The excel file(s) with your rental time and dates selected and number of projected attendees
* We must have a signed copy on file so if you cannot scan, please fax to 714-895-8923
Step 4
Provide Insurance see detailed example HERE (pdf)
Please follow the strict guidelines in the attached pdf file. You MUST add an "Additional Insured Endorsement Page" (this modifies the insurance policy to include the district as additional insureds).
Step 5
After we a review your of the application is done, we will notify you via email if your application is accepted or if additional information is needed. Once the application is accepted the facility rental fee is required.
