The 2023 season was a rollercoaster to the finish, but six Rustlers were selected to the All-Orange Empire Conference teams.

Standout freshman catcher Ayden Garcia was the member selected to the first team All-OEC. Garcia led the Rustlers in almost every offensive category with a 167 at bats, 66 hits, 16 doubles, three triples, 41 RBI's, .395 batting average, and .617 slugging percentage. His 66 hits and .395 batting average were good for third in the OEC.

Golden West had five named to the second team All-OEC with the pitching 1-2 combo of JD Rodriguez and Johnnie Valdez Jr, infielder Preston Allen, outfielder Jack Salmon, and designated hitter Nathan Beckley.
