Football: Neal Returns Two Interceptions to the House in Road Win

San Bernardino, Calif. - The No. 2 ranked Rustlers used three defensive touchdowns to cruise in their National Southern League road win at San Bernardino Valley College Saturday afternoon 46-18. 

Sophomore linebacker Khilyn Neal returned to interceptions for touchdowns, one in the first quarter for 95 yards and the first score of the game. Neal's second interception to the house was in the third quarter for 28 yards to extend the Rustlers commanding lead. 

The defense didn't stop all afternoon as they accounted for eight takeaways, four interceptions and four fumble recoveries. 

Hudson Letterman recorded the other Golden West pick-six in the fourth quarter and Akili Hubbard tallied the other interception for the defense. 

Wideouts Robert Sarmiento and Nick Kennewell led the receiving corps in yardage while each recording a touchdown. 

Golden West returns home to take one #15 ranked San Diego Mesa College next Saturday, November 5th at 1pm.
