St. Martin, Miss. - A 2020 graduate of St. Martin's High School in Mississippi, Micah Harkey signs to play for Golden West College on Tuesday afternoon. Coach Jimmerson is excited to bring Micah to Huntington Beach and elevate his academics along with his athletic abilities on the hardwood. Jimmerson commented that "he sees Micah fitting in as a catch and shoot player right away." That has motivated the incoming freshman to also hone in on his ball handling skills to elevate his game.

Harkey, a 6'2" guard, averaged nearly eight points and three rebounds per game in 2019. His high school coach Charlie Pavlus said " Micah has come a long way since 9th grade. He has worked his tail off to get this opportunity."
