Huntington Beach, Calif. - The men's swim team edged out a win in the second Orange Empire Conference meet of the season with 695 points. They beat out a tough team at Riverside City College who scored 665 points and won the first OEC meet of the season. 

The Ruslters would get things started by winning the 400 yard free relay with a time of 3:09.27 by Santiago Rivera, Chadd Maurer, Alessandro Valania, and Blake Williamson. Maurer followed the relay win with a victory in the 400 yard individual medley (4:11.67). Not to be out shined was a victory and runner up finish for Connor Wallace (4:49.78) and Matt Dalija (4:56.64) in the 500 yard freestyle.

Sonny Ford finished first in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of :53.31. Maruer (1:43.55) and Jacob Thompson (1:45.30) finished first and second respectively in 200 yard freestyle. Santiago then crushed the field in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:11.32. To finish out the victories, Garrett Wasserman finished first in the 1650 yard freestyle.
