Huntington Beach, Calif. - Rustler volleyball is heating up, as the seemingly unstoppable men's team dominates the court. San Diego Mesa trailed the 3 sets securing the Rustlers' top spot in the conference. The match set scores were (25-20, 25-15, 25-12)

Golden West (10-2, 6-0) maintained a steady lead in the first set, and with a few exchanges of point leads. But with strong defense at the Rustler net, San Diego fell in the first set.

The second and third set looked very similar, a strong Golden West offense owning the court, and a struggling San Diego Mesa scrambling to recover. The visiting team was unable to take the lead even for short exchange.  and in the end, the Rustlers finished the game within the hour. 

The men travel to San Diego for a Thursday game - Rustler volleyball is typically on the road on Fridays, so double check your calendars- March 28th at 2:00pm.
