Huntington Beach, Calif- The undefeated Rustlers powered past Palomar as they gear up for their final 3 games of conference play. Golden West (12-2, 8-0) let one set slip by, but rallied to win the match. Match set scores: 25-19, 23-25, 25-14, 25-19)

Palomar (1-7, 2-13) took control of the second set, and with just 2 players on the bench, were able to defeat the Rustlers. Exchanging point for point, it was Palomar who was able to take control at the end. The loss of the set was what the Rustlers needed to set their sights on the win, and with a strong lead in the third and fourth set - the Rustlers maintained their undefeated status.
