Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West brought down the visiting Pierce College Brahmas in a 4 match win. The Rustlers (5-1) started the match strong, and despite a slight stumble in the third, bounced back for a 3-1 win. (25-20, 25-15, 21-25, 25-15)

Middle Blocker Manuel Andrade had one of his best nights of the season, hitting .500, sending over 7 kills and putting up 3 blocking assists. Andrade also delivered the game winning kills in the last two matches of the night.  

Sophomore Rustler Vincent Pizzuti hit .525 with 13 kills, 2 aces and passed 2.41 for the night.
