The 2023 All- Orange Empire Conference awards were selected and the Rustlers landed two on list.

Freshman setter Jaden Kodongan was selected to the first team ALL-OEC for his efforts. Kodongan led the Rustlers with 468 assists for an average of 6.88 per set and was second on team in digs at 129. Both those numbers put him in the top in the conference as well.

Freshman opposite Ezra Vlad was selected to the second team ALL-OEC for his efforts. Vlad led the Rustlers with a .252 hitting percentage and racked up 85 kills while also leading the team with 36 total blocks.
