Ontario, Calif. - Men's Cross Country ran in the 9th Annual Foothill Invitation, Friday September 20th. The team finished in 7th place out of 12 with 195 points. Finishing first for the Rustlers and 16th overall was Trey Reza (22:20/5:35) with team mate Chase Calkins crossing the finish line just 15 seconds later with a time of 22:35 and a pace of 5:39.

Calkins, Yael Jimenez and Brandon Ngo (from the 2012 season) were each nominated to the 2013 All-State Academic Cross Country Team. The qualifications state that you must have competed on the team in 2012, completed 24 units with a G.P.A of at least a 3.50 or better. Congratulations to these athletes who have made a commitment to both athletic, and academic excellence.  

Next, the men will play host at the Golden West Classic at Central Park in Huntington Beach. The first race will begin at 9:00am.
