Oceanside, Calif. - Then Men's Cross Country team competed last Friday at the Palomar Invitational held at Guajome Park in Oceanside. The GWC Men placed 11th out of the 16 team field. They were led by freshman Luke Baird (Cypress HS) as he finished in 51st place with a time of 23:20 over the hilly 4-mile course. Other finishers for the Rustlers were Chris Sevelos (64th, Canyon HS), Luis Montes (83rd, Ocean View HS), Zach Serna (93rd, Cypress HS), Amer Tabban (105th, Cypress HS), and Buddy Santillan (122nd, Canyon HS). 

The Rustlers will be back in action this Friday, September 16th at the Southern Cal Preview meet being held at Irvine Park in Orange, Ca. The men are set to start at 12 noon.
