Huntington Beach, Calif. -  The Golden West College men's cross country team was led by freshman Andrew Lugo who finished in a time of 23:29 and not too far behind was freshman Mason Dupler who ran a 24:21. 

To round it out for the Rustlers Isaac Lopez finished with a 28:44, and Jonathan Cruz ran a 29:53 to cap the first race of the season. 

Golden West will travel to the San Deigo Mesa Invite Friday, October 1st at NTC Park in Point Loma.
