Golden West's Sand Volleyball team defeated the Hornets  in their first conference match up with a final set score of 3-2. 

Pair No.2: Jasmine Hogan and Kat Castillo faced off with Kristen Santos and Alex Winfiled. The Rustlers took the match with final scores of 21-14, 21-10.

Pair No. 3: Jassi Manriquez and Gabrielle Nguyen defeated Alyss Chacon and Mariah Gonzalez with match set scores 21-15, 21-14.

Pair No. 5:Megan Sanchez and Kelsey Osgood took on Larreya Hayden and Chelsie Velasquez (21-7, 21-10). 

Golden West pairs also faced off with Antelope Valley during the day's events defeating them 5-0.
