Huntington Beach, Calif. - The 2019 softball season for the Golden West College Rustlers will begin this Friday, January 25th at the David "Hawk" Wilder Memorial Tournament hosted by Glendale College. 

The Rustlers will open up against the Ventura College Pirates at 8:30am and then play Mt. San Jacinto College at 12:30pm. They will turn around and play two more games on Saturday against Cuesta College at 8:30am and Long Beach City College at 10:30am. 

Golden West looks to build on their six win season a year ago as they will lean on their sophomores experience during the 2019 campaign. The Rustlers were excited to unvail their new digs for the 2019 season but due to complications with construction, they will play five "home" game later in the season at a site to be determined.
