The Rustlers started out strong when Freshman Cecilia Lopez received a pass from Natalie Diaz to put Golden West on the board first. With great defensive play, the Rustlers held the Lasers scoreless as Freshman Jessica Fisher and Candice Holt each capitalized in front of the cage to put the Rustlers up 3-0. With the win, Golden West improves to 3-3-1 and 1-0-1 in conference.
