Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West women's soccer defeated Fullerton College 4-1 at home on Friday Oct. 3. The Rustlers (4-4-2, 2-3-1) who are coming off a tough start to their conference play, proved they had what it took to win. 

Scoring first for Golden West was Marissa Anguino, with the assist from Brook Warken. Next to find the back of the net was Sabrina Jimenez, Sephanie Flores was on the assist.  Karen Dominguez, who led the Rustlers in shots for the game, got the third goal soon into the second half, with the assist from Vanessa Valezquez. Anguino found the back of the net again for the final goal with the assist from Jessica Neri. In the goal for the Rustlers, Shashan Green and Ruby Vazquez had a combined eleven saves.
