Long Beach, Calif. - The Golden West (1-0-2) women's soccer team went on the road to face a tough Long Beach City (1-3-2) team and came out with a 1-1 tie. 

The Rustlers offense put six shots on goal to the Vikings four and had a controversial goal taken away on a offisides call. Golden West would break through in the 90th minute with a unassisted goal from Cindy Ramirez to salavge a tie in a very physical match.

Next: The Rustlers will host Cypress College Tuesday September 12th at 3pm.
