Riverside, Calif. - Freshman Amara Muhammad won the women's 100m to continue her hot start to the 2022 track season.

Her time of 12.48 ranks her fifth in the state and she also placed third in the 200m with a time of 26.22. Freshman Emily Nguyen, who is currently ranked second in the conference, finished runner-up in the long jump with a mark of 4.92m. 

The Rustlers finished fifth overall in team scoring.
