Golden West's women's volleyball bounces back with two wins after their first conference loss to OCC two weeks ago.  The Rustlers are currently ranked No. 8 in the state and No. 2 in the Orange Empire Conference. 

Golden West first served up a win against Irvine Valley on Wednesday in a 25-18, 25-17, 26-24 during their Dig Pink event.  Sophomore Bethanee Boggs led the Rustlers with seventeen kills, four solo block, and six assisted blocks for the night.  Alicia Utke chipped in fourteen kills of her own, and delivered four aces.  

On Friday, the Rustlers defeated the Fullerton Hornets in three straight sets, 25-12, 25-18, 25-12.  Utke again had an impressive night with four aces, sixteen kills and three solo blocks.  Saelina Dunn helped the Rustlers with thirteen kills and two solo blocks. 

The Rustlers will host Santa Ana on Oct 31st, game time is 6pm.
