Women's Volleyball Finishing The Season Strong

Golden West's women's volleyball is on a six game winning streak as the conference season draws to a close. 

Golden West first served up a win on the road against Cypress Wednesday, match scores 25-18, 25-22, 25-25.  Sophomore Bethanee Boggs led the Rustlers with 13 kills, four solo block, and six assisted blocks for the night.  Alicia Utke, Alyssa Hubbard and Saelina Dunn each delivered nine kills for the Rustlers. Utke also chipped in 11 digs and three aces. 

On Friday, the Rustlers defeated Riverside in three straight sets, 25-21, 25-20, 25-18.  Boggs again had a notable night with two aces, 18 kills, 10 digs and four solo blocks.  Jade Gray put up five kills, two solo blocks, two digs and 46 assists for the Rustlers in this close match with Riverside. 

The No. 2 Rustlers play their last conference game on the road against No.1 Orange Coast, game time is 7pm.
