Running Women Move On To SoCal Regionals

Orange, Calif. - The women of the Rustler cross country team took the one and only at large spot for the Southern California Regional Conference Championships  after the OEC cross country championships to on Friday. The woman were in a tie for fifth-place with Riverside, but were given the spot to compete in the regionals. 

Golden West College's top-four runners: Arianna Condon, Cynthia Torres, Katherine Pavloff and Katie O'Connor gave it their all as they kept the Rustlers in midst of the running fray. 

 The men placed 5th in the event, with Yael Jimmeniez finishing first for the Rustlers. Chase Calkins was the second Rustler to cross the finish line with a time of 24:08.70
