Huntington Beach, Calif. - Golden West College men's and women's cross country programs will be hosting the 25th annual Golden West College Central Park Classic meet this Friday, September 23 as part of the school's 50th anniversary celebration.
Race times are as follows; 5k fun run at 9:30, women's race at 10:15 and the men's race at 11:00. These 21 schools are set to compete, College of the Canyons, Cerritos, Chaffey, College of the Desert, El Camino, Fullerton, Glendale, Golden West, LA Harbor, Moorpark, Mt. Sac, Orange Coast, Oxnard, Riverside, Saddleback, San Bernardino Valley, Santa Ana, Santa Monica, Santiago Canyon, West Los Angeles, and Whittier.
The meet will be held at Central Park in Huntington Beach. Riverside college men's team and Glendale College women's team are the 2 top-ranked teams in the state.
