Golden West comes in with an outstanding record of 21-3 on the season earning their spot in the third round with an impressive straight sets win in the second round victory over San Diego Mesa (25-13, 25-23, 25-13). Meanwhile, Bakersfield (22-5) comes in red hot as well after sweeping Mt. SAC in their second round match (25-11, 25-22, 25-22) Saturday night. It promises to be high drama from Gil Bishop Gymnasium Tuesday night with a spot in the state finals at stake.
