Rustlers Roll Past LA Harbor in Straight Sets
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. – The Golden West College women's volleyball team continued its strong start to the season with a commanding three-set sweep over LA Harbor College, winning 25-21, 25-11, 25-12 on Friday night at the GWC Gym. With the victory, the Rustlers improve to 3-1 overall, while the Seahawks fall to 1-5.
Golden West weathered an early push from LA Harbor in the opening set, pulling away late for a 25-21 win. From there, the Rustlers seized full control, showcasing efficient attacking and sharp serving to dominate the second set 25-11. The momentum carried into the third, where GWC closed the match with a convincing 25-12 finish.
